HuntMyHome is an online marketplace and is not a real estate agent, developer or promoter under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA"). We do not participate in, facilitate or receive commission on any property transaction.

Agents and builders who advertise on the Platform are required by law to display their RERA registration number where applicable. A RERA number shown on a listing is entered by the poster; verify it on the relevant state RERA portal before transacting. Projects marked "RERA" must be registered under the state authority and the registration should be checked on that authority's website.
