Refund and cancellation policy

All packages on HuntMyHome are prepaid digital services.

• Contact packs: refundable in full within 24 hours of purchase if no contact has been revealed. Unused contacts are not refunded after that.
• Agent and builder subscriptions: refundable within 7 days if fewer than 3 listings have been published under the plan. Annual plans may be cancelled for a pro-rata refund of unused full months, less a one-month fee.
• Featured, boost and refresh add-ons: non-refundable once applied.
• Duplicate or failed payments are refunded automatically within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
